Some Parking Tips

Don't wait to charge

Most modern EVs have a “smart drain” system. If you arrive with 30% and the battery drops to 20% while you wait, that’s when you get the headache.

Cold weather? Charge faster

In winter, batteries get sluggish. Charge to 80% before you get home, not 100%. It saves time in the long run.

Check your cable

Do you have a CCS or Tesla connector? Bring it with you. We have the ports, but sometimes a cable is the difference between a 10-minute wait and a 30-minute wait.

Don't block the spot

If you’re waiting for a car to finish, don’t park in front of it. Let it pull out. We don’t want the lot full.

Don't use the charger as a prop

If you’re waiting for a car to finish, don’t use the cable to dangle it over your seat. It’s a trip hazard for other cars and drivers.

Turn off the AC while charging

If you have AC on, you’re wasting power on the battery while the car is charging. Just turn it off. It saves you money in the long run.
